Does CAN DO PAPER BAG CO. provide artwork proof checking services?
No. You have to confirm the final artwork before we proceed to press.
Who can be a CAN DO PAPER BAG CO. customer?
Anyone who is 18 years old and above can sign-up as our customer. However, sign-up approval is subject to the discretion of the management of CAN DO PAPER BAG CO.
Employees of CAN DO TRADING SDN.BHD., their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and suppliers are not eligible.
How do I sign in to my account?
You have to sign in using your registered email address and password.
How do I place my order?
All orders can only be made through our website. However, you have to register an account first to place an order. Once you sign-up, please do this:
Step 1: Select product on the menu bar on the left of your screen.
Step 2: Fill-up online order form and upload your artwork. (Kindly understand our artwork specifications first before doing this.)
Step 3: In the Confirm Order step, proof your print order specifications then click "SUBMIT ORDER" to place your order. You will then be transfered to the PayPal site to make payment (by Visa or Mastercard) to complete the ordering process.
How do I confirm my order?
Once you have keyed in all the necessary details in the Order Form (which includes uploading your artwork), click the 'NEXT' button (this will attach your files to the order form). You will then be directed to the Confirmation Page to check the details of your order. To confirm, click the 'SUBMIT' button and your order will be sent to us. You will then be transfered to the PayPal site to make payment (by Visa or Mastercard). If your payment is successful, an e-receipt will be generated and you can print it out as reference.
How do I pay for my order?
Upon confirming your order, you will be transferred to the PayPal website to make payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
What sort of printing process do you use?
We have 2 types of 4-colour (CMYK) offset printing processes:
i) Litho-Offset (Lithography),
ii) Digital Offset.
What is CMYK printing?
Short for Cyan-Magenta-Yellow-Key (Black), CMYK is a colour model in which all colours are described as a mixture of these four process colour. CMYK is the standard colour model used in offset printing for full-colour documents. Because such printing uses inks of these four basic colours, it is often called four-colour printing.

What should I do if I have forgotten my password?
You will have to reset your password:
Click on the sign-in button. In the Sign-in panel, click on the "Forgot Password" link and key-in the information according to the instructions. We will send you an email with a link which you will need to click on in order to reset your password.
